Native Berry Festival seeks craft vendors

Blue Water Baltimore is holding their annual Native Berry Festival on June 23, 2012 in the section of Herring Run Park that borders Belair Rd in NE Baltimore.  The event includes a native berry dessert contest, kids activity area, music and plenty of shade.  The fee for craft vendors is only $25 plus 15% of sales.  Click here

March Craft Classes at the Woman's Industrial Exchange

Lots of good stuff happening in March at Baltimore's Woman's Industrial Exchange.  On March 10th you can learn how to impress your friends with  your Ukrainian Egg Dyeing skills.  For $20 plus a $6 materials fee, beginner and intermediate students will learn about the 3,000 year old dyeing technique including line quality and how to layer color.  Pre-registration required. For more info. click here.  Then on March 31st instructor Mallory Steele will lead students through the basics of embroidery including a variety of stitches and how to incorporate other materials into the cloth.  Twenty bucks plus an $8 materials fee gets you a full two hours of learning. Charm City Craftivists Spring Craft Show

Due to a family health crisis, we unfortunately have to cancel the Charm City Craftivists spring craft show that had been planned for April 28.  We do still plan on having our second annual Last Chance Holiday Craft Show on 12/8/12 however so stay tuned for application details in late summer or early fall.
